The conditions for replacing a defect-free product are as follows

– The perfume is not used and delivered to the representative by us in a good way, as you received an envelope, and in case of replacing a defective product, the customer will bear the shipping expenses of the replacement product.

– In case of replacement of a damaged product, the customer will not bear the shipping expenses.
