Twaaq Fragrances International operates fragrance and gifting retail and ecommerce services.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old, or purchasing under guardian supervision.
  • Information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts & Guest Checkout

Orders may be placed through:

  • A registered customer account, or
  • Guest checkout.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and activities.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

A contract is formed once payment is successfully processed and order confirmation is issued. In rare cases, orders may be declined or cancelled due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed according to customer location.

Applicable taxes or VAT are added during checkout where required by local regulations.

Accepted payment methods may include KNET, credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and other regional payment options.

If pricing errors occur, affected orders may be cancelled and refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Regions

Twaaq delivers across GCC markets and selected international destinations.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience but may vary due to logistics or customs procedures.

Customs & Duties

International orders may incur import duties or taxes payable by the customer upon arrival.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Re-shipment costs due to incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to conditions below.

Product Condition

For hygiene and product integrity:

  • Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. 
  • Items must remain unused and in original packaging. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If products arrive damaged or defective, Twaaq will arrange replacement or refund and cover return shipping where applicable.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued through the original payment method or store credit when appropriate. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Product Information & Sensitivity Notice

We strive for accurate product representation; however, packaging or presentation may vary slightly.

Customers with fragrance sensitivities are encouraged to review ingredient information prior to use. Twaaq cannot accept responsibility for reactions where ingredients are disclosed.

9. Promotions & Offers

Promotional campaigns and discount offers:

  • May be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
  • Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Orders may be cancelled if promotions are misused.

10. Corporate & Wholesale Orders

Corporate gifting and wholesale purchases may be governed by separate commercial agreements.

11. Limited Editions & Pre-Orders

Limited releases or pre-orders may involve adjusted delivery timelines or specific conditions communicated at purchase.

12. Acceptable Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or copy content without permission.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, imagery, and branding are owned by or licensed to Twaaq and may not be reproduced without permission.

14. Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Twaaq’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect losses or delivery delays beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or service interruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including logistics disruptions, government actions, or natural events.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution first, followed by resolution through competent courts in Kuwait if required.
